The residence is situated in the trendy and centrally located area of Palermo Hollywood. Which is a part of Palermo. This popular area is filled with restaurants, bars, galleries and shops.

Palermo is the biggest neigbourhood of Buenos Aires. In the XVIth century used to be a huge field dedicated to fruit and vineyards, belonging to Juan Domingues Palermo, where its name comes from. It can be divided in several areas, amongst others Palermo Hollywood. Each part has it's own characteristics.
